KERUT accepts the following forms of payment online:

Your card will be charged when your order is processed. Sales tax will be added to all shipments made within the State of California. Sales tax is in addition to shipping charges if in the State of California.

Shipping

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before the order is shipped. We ship Monday - Friday excluding certain holidays. Orders received after 3 pm PST will be processed the next business day.

We ship via UPS insured and offer three shipping options within the Continental United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii): Standard FREE Ground Shipping, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air, which excludes Saturday delivery. If you would like a Saturday delivery, please contact us at the store to arrange so. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, and are required by our credit card processors to verify a credit cards' billing address. Please note that shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be more expensive than our standard domestic UPS rates listed below.

We may only offer standard ground shipping during certain times of the year.

These rates only apply to orders made through kerut.com Actual charges will be calculated at checkout.

A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. In addition, we will email a delivery confirmation once we receive notification from UPS that your purchase has been delivered. For security, all packages will require an adult signature at the time of delivery.

Your online transactions with kerut.com are secure. We use Paypal technology, allowing safe Internet transmission. This makes your use of a credit card over the Internet as safe as placing an order over the telephone when calling our boutique.

INTERNATIONAL

KERUT ships internationally to many countries around the globe. We charge a standard flat rate of $100 and do not guarantee arrival time. The customer is responsible for all applicable duties and taxes upon receiving the shipped goods. We can not accept returns on international shipments.
KERUT reserves the right not to ship to certain countries and locales.

Return Policy

Online orders can be returned for refund or exchange within 7 days of customer receipt of the order. We will issue a full refund or exchange for unworn, unwashed, unaltered, non-sale merchandise. Refunded items must include all original tags. Shoes must be returned in their original box. Returns must be postmarked within seven days from the time you receive your order. Merchandise must be returned prepaid and insured by the customer for its full purchase price to KERUT. Credit issued will not include original shipping charges. All Sale Items are FINAL SALE; no returns, exchanges or credit will be issued.

All returns must include a completed Return Request Form and all merchandise must include original tags. It is at the discretion of KERUT to deny a return if the merchandise is in a condition showing damage or use.

We recommend that you ship merchandise via UPS or via FedEx or Insured USPS for tracking purposes and that you also request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. KERUT will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return/exchange packages are lost, stolen or mishandled.

Please Note: A DIFFERENT POLICY APPLIES TO IN-STORE PURCHASES AND All SALE MERCHANDISE IS FINAL SALE AND MAY NOT BE RETURNED FOR ANY REASON.

Orders Not Fulfilled

Occasionally, we may have just sold an item which you ordered, and have not had time to take it off our website. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we will endeavor to reach you as soon as possible to see if you would like a similar product or to simply cancel your order. Additionally, we reserve the right to not fulfill any order of an item listed in error.

Privacy

KERUT nor kerut.com allows access to your email address for outside marketing purposes.

KERUT's online checkout process requires the CVV2 number as an additional precaution against fraud and identity theft. This number appears as a three-digit code on the back of your Mastercard or Visa after your card number on the signature line or alternatively as a four digit code printed on the face of your American Express.
